Position: Quality Administrator
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Reports to: Compliance Manager
We have a vacancy for a Quality Administrator to provide an administrative support function to the Quality Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Administration
- Time and attendance capturing on Time Register for the Quality Department
- Receive all required quality assurance documentation from departments and collate all deviations
- Follow up to ensure that mistakes are corrected
- File all received and verified documentation as per the SOP
- Assist in the successful completion of internal audits
- Assist in the successful completion of external audits
- Assist in the successful completion of Traceability exercises – retrieval of all records required.
- Filing of COA’s
- Document Control Centre – Sharepoint
- GMP /Housekeeping inspections
- Assist with supplier questionnaires when required
- Participates and supports the implementation of Best Practices and other continuous improve-ment initiatives
- Participate in implementation of the corrective action and preventative action
- Archiving of documentation
- Request Quotes, make out requisitions and capture monthly invoices on Syspro
- Management of stock levels for Quality Department

Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate
- 1- 3 Years’ Experience
- Good understanding of all operational activities
- Knowledge of the operation of each individual department within the business
- Knowledge of company policies, procedures and structures
- Sound knowledge of Syspro and MS Office
- Must reside in the surrounding areas
- Own transport
