The World Sports Betting invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Ticket Checker to be based in KwaZulu-Natal.

Position: Ticket Checker X1
Location: KwaZulu-Natal
Reports to: Auditor & Regional Manager

PURPOSE
Responsible for checking of all GP branches
cancelled and paid out tickets and compiling
finalized monthly ticket reports.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Reconcile/audit branch tickets
•Assist and support managers with tickets and recon queries
•All administrative functions such as filing, documentation, compiling of reports, sourcing of quotes.
•Facilitate and manage all emails and queries regarding ticket/ticket recons
•Assisting and reporting to senior management.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
•Must be able to work well in a team and independently
•Ability to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines in a fast pace environment
•Must have good communication skills across the board
•Must have good observation skills
•Must have good verbal and written skills
•Must be proficient in MS Excel and be computer literate (Microsoft office)
•Must be reliable and willing to work 5 days a week.
•Preferably in possession of a valid Driver’s License.

OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATION
•Clerk application paperwork (checking applications /emailing branches)
•New employee onboarding paperwork (checking paperwork / emailing branches)
•Issuing and tracking protocol documents (printing and emailing branches)
•Setting up & tracking meetings

HEALTH & SAFETY ADMINISTRATION
•Meeting minutes
•Meeting setup

EMPLOYMENT EQUITY ADMINISTARTION
•Meeting minutes
•Meeting setup

REQUIREMENTS:
•A Matric / Grade 12 certificate
•Basic administrative skills
