Job Description

Handling of various administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • The suitable candidate must have a Grade 12 certificate
  • Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Placing and following up on direct and stock orders.
  • Coordinate purchases and sales of stock.
  • Invoice customers.
  • Marketing of product lines.
  • Handles inquiries from suppliers, customers and creditors.
  • Handle office admin if necessary.
  • Maintaining and handling accurate inventory control.
  • Do relevant filing if necessary.
  • Maintaining safety policy.
