PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide Administrative Assistant to the Executive Core Business as well as to coordinate
Core Business activities while maintaining the efficient functioning of the Core Business office.
The position is on temporary basis for at least four (4) months.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Computer literacy: Access, Excel, MS Word, Power Point and Outlook
- Interpersonal Communication

- Planning and organizing
- Time Management
- Numerical ability
- Working knowledge relating to applicable legislation, relations and compliance e.g. PFMA, NHC Act etc.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Minimum education required
- Grade 12 plus a Secretarial/Administration Diploma or relevant NQF level 6 qualification
- Certificate in Microsoft Office
Required experience
- 3 Years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role
