Brief Overview of the Role
To act as a brand ambassador for the EWSETA, by creating a positive and memorable experience for customers, stakeholders, employees, investors–anyone that walks in or calls the EWSETA. This is done by:
- Providing a professional and courteous reception service to all visiting stakeholders.
- Delivering a professional switchboard service.
- Dealing with stakeholder enquiries telephonically or in person in accordance with the organisational protocols.
- Creating an overall welcoming environment for all stakeholders.
- Performing administrative duties for Communications and Marketing.
- Performing all tasks related to the purpose of this role, as required and delegated.

Requirements of the Role
Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF level 4)
Experience: 3 years’ experience in an enquiries / switchboard function or reception
Training: Computer Literacy (MS Office package)
Professional certification and membership of professional bodies: Not applicable
