- Resolve queries regarding short deliveries, returns and price differences with customer.
- General administration duties.
- Any other debtor related functions where needed.
- Communicate with other departments to resolve queries.
- Releasing shorts and returns.
- Capturing price claims
- Daily reports Shoprite/ Spar etc.
- Uploading of claims.
- Journals
- Metrofile stats
- Capturing payments
- Assisting credit controllers
