Job Description

Responsibilities:

Workplace experiences: Attend and participate in all workplace experience against agreed developmental objectives. Learning: Attend and participate in all training and development interventions against agreed development objectives Ad-hoc duties: Provide support to customers and team as required to ensure team performance on an ongoing basis Administration: Effectively fulfil all required administrative duties, including tracking and reporting.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • South African citizen
  • Between 18 and 30 years old
  • Completed Matric
  • Passed English 50%+; Second Additional Language 50%+ Maths/Maths Lit 50%+
  • Not currently employed
  • Not currently enrolled at a Higher Institution of Learning
  • Computer literate
  • Good command of the English language (able to read, write and speak English)
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • A team player
  • Willing to learn
  • Clear criminal record
  • Clear credit record
  • Previous banking knowledge (advantageous but not essential)
  • Previous experience in the retail sector (advantageous but not essential)

Education

National Diplomas and Advanced Certificates: Human Resources Management
