Responsible for effective maintenance of the administrative functions of the branch.
Requirements
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Grade 12
- A relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
- 3 years experience in a regional environment
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Register and Manage Insurance Claims
- Credit Note Control
- Log sheet Control for Company vehicles
- Warranty Claims Control
- Vendor master data capture and BEE-Reporting
- Service plans
- Ad hoc financial duties
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES
- Computer literacy in Excel and accounting systems
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Good administrative skills
- Financial knowledge/ strong analytical ability
- Problem solving skills
