Location: Sandton, Gauteng

Repairs Centre Training Academy Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Training Academy, including scheduling training sessions,
managing calendars, and coordinating logistics.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training attendance, assessments, and certifications. Ensure all data is up-to-date and
properly stored.

Resource Management: Assist in the preparation and distribution of training materials and resources. Ensure that the training academy is
equipped with materials and always ready for use.

Reporting: Generate and distribute regular reports on training activities, attendance, and outcomes to the Training Academy Manager and other
relevant parties.

Compliance: Ensure all training activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Assist with skills audits as and when
required by the Human Resource department.

Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating training events, workshops and general internal events.

Qualifications:
• Matric
• A post-matric qualification in administration and computer literacy will be advantageous
• Previous experience not required, the learnership is designed for an individual looking to gain experience in a fast-paced Fintech Industry
