Responsibilities:
Providing administrative and general HR support the HR team and the internal customers
Ensuring that all documentation, both electronic and other, is up to date, filed and backed up by the relevant supporting documentation
Being the first point of contact for all HR admin related queries
Ensuring that SAP HR related data and training data is up to date
Ensuring that training related interventions and events are booked, approved and executed per procedures
Ensuring that all SAP records are up to date to support accurate and timeous reporting
Participate in HR related projects
Ad Hoc duties as required to support the HR department
Experience and Qualifications:
Grade 12 or Amended Senior Certificate, or National Certificate Vocational Level 4 – HR Related, or technical Matric – N3 (4 technical subjects + 2 official languages)
Certificate in Human Resources
3 years’ experience in a HR environment
Skills and Knowledge:
High level computer literacy (Excel and Powerpoint)
SAP HR Experience
Customer focused and ability to build relationship
Excellent planning, organising and follow-up skills
High level of attention to detail
High level of teamwork and collaboration
Ability to maintain high level of confidentialityResponsibilities:
