Responsibilities:
 Providing administrative and general HR support the HR team and the internal customers
 Ensuring that all documentation, both electronic and other, is up to date, filed and backed up by the relevant supporting documentation
 Being the first point of contact for all HR admin related queries
 Ensuring that SAP HR related data and training data is up to date
 Ensuring that training related interventions and events are booked, approved and executed per procedures
 Ensuring that all SAP records are up to date to support accurate and timeous reporting
 Participate in HR related projects
 Ad Hoc duties as required to support the HR department

Experience and Qualifications:
 Grade 12 or Amended Senior Certificate, or National Certificate Vocational Level 4 – HR Related, or technical Matric – N3 (4 technical subjects + 2 official languages)
 Certificate in Human Resources
 3 years’ experience in a HR environment

Skills and Knowledge:
 High level computer literacy (Excel and Powerpoint)
 SAP HR Experience
 Customer focused and ability to build relationship
 Excellent planning, organising and follow-up skills
 High level of attention to detail
 High level of teamwork and collaboration
 Ability to maintain high level of confidentialityResponsibilities:
