RESPONSIBILITIES  INCLUDE:

•    Reception

•    Typing

•    Record keeping

•    Operating switchboard

•    Client services

•    Data input and scanning of documents

•    General office duties

•    Handling petty cash

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS  REQUIRED  FOR  THE  POSITION:

•    Grade  12

EXPERIENCE  REQUIRED  FOR  THE  POSITION:

•    1-2  years relevant office adminstration experience will be a definate advantage

SKILLS  REQUIRED  FOR  THE  POSITION:

•    Computer skills (Ms word, Excel and Word Perfect)

•    Basic Administration skills
