Job Description
The Graduate Trainee role is a development role in which the incumbent delivers on predefined work objectives while gaining structured work experience in the business area During the period of employment, the Graduate Trainee will perform varied tasks which may include research, analysis, administration, process and project work that add value to the business area. Work related training will be provided as required
The Broader Africa Team is looking for nontraditional thinkers and innovative, self – starting contributors who are citizens from: Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, and Zambia who can get the job done efficiently, exceed customer expectations and live up to our promise of real help. All roles on the graduate program are permanent positions. Graduates join specific business units in the Broader Africa countries in a full-time role and participate in monthly training sessions as well as an action learning project. Your responsibilities would include:

Contributing to your team’s success by completing your tasks efficiently, planning meticulously, keeping accurate records, and updating relevant information on time.

Requirements:
- Strong academic results (NB academic transcript required as part of the application)
- Currently completing the final year of relevant university programs, particularly in the BSc and Commerce faculties, with a focus on the following programs: Actuarial Science, Maths, Statistics, Quantitative Finance, Engineering, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Business Management, Agricultural Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
- Analytical and numeric mindset with strong problem-solving skills essential
