The FAIS Ombud invites interested and suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Cleaner to be based in Pretoria, Gauteng.

Location: Pretoria, Gauteng

Job Purpose
If you take pride in creating clean and hygienic environments, we want you on our team. Your work will maintain a safe and inviting space for all. The position will be based in Pretoria.

Requirements:
A Matric certificate or equivalent will be an added advantage, with a minimum of 3 – 5 years of corporate cleaning experience.

Key Performance Areas:
• Clean offices according to schedule and standards.
• Ensure that dustbins are emptied regularly.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen.
• Clear rooms before and after meetings.
• Ensure that windows and balconies are always clean.
• Prepare refreshments and deliver them to visitors when required.
• Conduct monthly inventory inspections on office supplies and advise on items that require replenishment.
• Various other official duties as may be determined from time to time by the FAIS Ombud.

Good people skills. Demonstrate customer service skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
