Location: Germiston, Wadeville, Gauteng

Reporting to: Divisional Operations Manager

Salary: Negotiable according to skills set and experience

Key responsibilities:
Supportive and general administrative tasks consisting of:

  • Data capturing
  • Quality checking of contracts and timesheets
  • Scanning and linking documents on electronic HR system
  • Ensure all data is current, accurate, and handled with confidentiality
  • Handling queries daily with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (physical & digital)
  • Handle courier collections and deliveries
  • Assist management with special projects, audits, or new system roll-outs

Maintaining and updating records

  • Maintain a high standard of linked documents
  • Ensuring that all timesheets are up to the required standards according to the company policies & procedures

Uniforms

  • Coordinate staff uniform issues and replacements
  • Manage monthly stock counts with accurate record-keeping
  • Create individual & bulk staff uniform slips and process orders
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding shortages, late deliveries, or order changes

HR & Payroll Assistance

  • Maintain up-to-date staff files
  • Recruitment: assistance with employees’ documentation and proficiency assessment
  • Run criminal record checks
  • Verify employment details
  • Loading of contracts on an Excel spreadsheet

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to urgency
  • Good time management
  • High attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
  • Competent in administrative systems and reporting (MS Office, HR systems, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Grade 12 Certificate (essential)
  • 2-3 years’ experience in administration
  • Valid Code 8 drivers’ licence
  • Clear criminal record
