Position: Graduate Intern: Learning & Development Program Administrator
Location: Bellville, Western Cape

What will you do?
- Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.
- Provide administrative support for Learning and Development programmes.
- Co-ordinate and assist with Internship and Learnership programmes.
- Responsible for uploading and maintaining management systems.
- Provide basic advice on HR policies and processes.
- Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.
- Provide administrative support for Learning and Development programmes.
- Co-ordinate and assist with Internship and Learnership programmes.
- Responsible for uploading and maintaining management systems.

What will make you successful in this role?
Role Requirements:
- Be South African citizens.
- Be in the 18 to 35 year age bracket.
- Not currently on any other INSETA programme.
- Presently unemployed and not studying.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of HR practices and principles.
- Knowledge of legislation which influences Learning and Development (Skills Development, BBBEE Act).
- General Administration of processes
- Management of data capturing /records
Technical skills:
- MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook.
Experience:
- No experience required.
