Job Purpose
To obtain works experience and training that will promote the ability to enter the job market, by enhanching own capabilities throughout the term of the contract
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure tasks are met by delivering assigned work accurately, consistently and within agreed timelines . .
- Contribute to the efficiency of the department/business by being cost aware.
- Manage colleagues and clients expectations by communicating appropriately to relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously improve work tasks through the application of knowledge and experience gained. .
- Identify work obstacles and complete work to plan by following through on tasks and by providing feedback and updates to team leader/ supervisor.
- Contribute to the improvement of way of working by identifying and making suggestions on possible improvement.
- Maintain a positive attitude to support and drive the Nedbank core values.
- Contribute to the effectiveness of the team by delivering on assigned duties

- Provide monthly feedback on your experience and learnings to the YES office

- Complete Yes youth requirements and cpature relevant information on the App.
- Support the achievement of the business strategy, objectives and values
- Stay abreast of developments in field of expertise
- Ensure personal growth and enable effectiveness in performance of roles and responsibilities
- Contribute to the Nedbank Culture building initiatives (e.g. staff surveys etc.).
- Adhere to the Nedbank code of Ethics and values
- Participate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business strategy
- Seek opportunities to improve business processes, models and systems though agile thinking.
- Complete surveys send by Yes office and review work experience
