Role title: Sinako Learnership for people with Disabilities

Business Administration Services (NQF level 4) learnership opportunity for people with disabilities.
This learnership is for an individual who wishes to be involved in the administration function within any industry. All learners will be exposed to the following during the vocational programme:
- Management of records,
- Comprehension of written and verbal texts,
- Business writing,
- Problem solving, Ethics,
- Cultural awareness,
- Self-management and self-development,
- Project teamwork,
- Business policies and procedures.
This learnership is intended to enhance the provision of service within the field of Administration within all business sectors.
Applications will only be considered for:
South African citizens in possession of a valid SA ID book,
Classified as South African Youth i.e. not older than 35 years old,
Confirmed as a person with disabilities by a medical practitioner.
Key work output and accountabilities
- Filing and posting of documents.
- Keep record of all files in the department.
- Update list of files being sent to Archives.
- Ensuring that all files that are requested for and removed and signed for.
- Print Post Book and letters after each day end.
- Distribute letters to various Departmental Employees.
- Make copies of records requested.
- Education of the various departments within the Hospital and understanding each role of that department
- Handling of basic enquiries face to face / walk-ins and taking messages for Senior Management
- Completion of daily checklist within the department
- Performs general administration duties from time to time
- Performing any reasonable request, that is over and above the listed Specifications.
- Assume responsibility for own personal and professional development
- Keep up to date with Netcare’s evolving policies and procedures
Skills profile
Education
- Grade 11 (or related NQF level 3 qualification),
- Grade 12 (or related NQF level 4 qualification) will be preferred,
- Maths Literacy
- English and a second language
