Purpose of Position:
As a friendly team player, your role involves promoting sales, minimising stock losses, managing inventory, assisting customers, operating the cash register, and upholding a low-cost culture to achieve business objectives.

What you’ll do
This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work.

Keep the store vibe positive and safe to reduce losses, following security and handling procedures
Manage the cash register following company rules and keep things tidy in the store
Make the store efficient and cost-effective, working with a cool team of Dynamos
Sell stuff to customers with a smile, suggest more things they might like, and make sure they’re happy
Handle any problems or questions customers have and let them know about sales and cool deals
Know everything about the products, show them off, and help customers find what they need
Say hi and offer help to customers as soon as they walk in
Hit those sales goals and keep up with what’s new
Help order stock and set up the store to look awesome
Receive, organise, and manage the stuff we get delivered
Make sure customers leave happy and process payments right using the cash register
Stay on top of any changes to products and features

Requirements

Matric
Clear criminal record

Preferences
Meeting the preferences would be a plus, but if you don’t, it won’t stop companies from considering you.

South African candidates
Experience: Sales Assistant, Cashier, Other
English
Within 15km from job
Proficient in English
Computer Literate

A passion for retail is essential to delivering a world-class customer experience
Demonstrates integrity and willingness to go the extra mile
Ability to plan and organise your daily duties
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work retail hours and be available to work during peak periods
