Job Description
The Data Capturer will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in the company’s databases and information systems.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
- 1 – 2 Years’ admin/ data capturing experience.
- Certificate / Diploma in Office Administration will be advantageous.
- Demonstratable Computer literacy: Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Computer Skills will be tested during the interview phase.
- A willingness to work overtime, incl. on weekends when required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Verify that all Fica documents is accurate, complete and contains all necessary information.
- Communicate daily any discrepancies.
- All Fica documents to be scanned and uploaded to the system, ensuring that each document is clear, legible, and correctly named.
- All Fica documents to be filed in a proper manner after scanning.
Skills Required
- Attention to detail – The role requires handling sensitive information and ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Confidentiality – The candidate must adhere to strict confidentiality protocols.
- Organizational skills – Strong organizational abilities are essential for managing, scanning, and filing important documents efficiently.
- Communication skills – The candidate should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams.
- Adherence to deadlines – All tasks must be completed in the set time frame
