Who we are looking for
Account Management
A passionate and driven personality that will drive client account efficiency and collaborate with teams from across the business. You will work with teams and individuals who focus on cost efficiency, margin efficiency, timeous delivery; and assist with overseeing and coordinating the activities of teams across all areas of the account. Underpinning all of this is the need to build strong and enduring client–agency working relationships.
Creative
We’re looking for an experienced copywriter to join a creative team that is passionate about the work they produce and the brands we work on, and full of their own brand of creative genius. The copywriter’s key role is to conceptualise high-quality creative and present written copy, whilst staying true to the brand strategy. It is imperative that this is achieved on time, on brief, and in budget.
Community Management
You have a finger on the pulse. You’re savvy with a passion for understanding and engaging with social media platforms and leveraging community engagement for brands.
Financial Management
In a financial management role, you will be involved in supporting the team that performs the day-to-day and monthly processing of financial transactions to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up-to-date, and accurate manner.
Strategy
Leverage digital, social, and brand strategies effectively to achieve marketing objectives. Clearly and persuasively communicate strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders with varying levels of understanding. Contribute to leading integrated, multi-platform marketing campaigns. Understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop methodologies for measuring success in brand, digital, and social strategies. Create brand positioning strategies across diverse categories and industries. Establish brand architecture to enhance brand equity and recognition. Develop multi-channel digital strategies that leverage various platforms and channels. Possess a deep understanding of individual digital channels such as SEO, SEM, and SMM, and demonstrate how they interconnect to achieve overarching goals.

What you’ll need
- A Grade 12 (matric) certificate (NQF 4) as a minimum
- Demonstrate English communication skills (speak, read and write)
- Computer literacy – a knowledge of Microsoft products (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel) is advantageous.
