Lancewood invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Quality Administrator to be based in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Position: Quality Administrator

Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

Reports to: Compliance Manager  

We have a vacancy for a Quality Administrator to provide an administrative support function to the Quality Department. 

Key Responsibilities: 

 Quality Administration 

  • Time and attendance capturing on Time Register for the Quality Department 
  • Receive all required quality assurance documentation from departments and collate all deviations 
  • Follow up to ensure that mistakes are corrected 
  • File all received and verified documentation as per the SOP 
  • Assist in the successful completion of internal audits 
  • Assist in the successful completion of external audits 
  • Assist in the successful completion of Traceability exercises – retrieval of all records required. 
  • Filing of COA’s 
  • Document Control Centre – Sharepoint 
  • GMP /Housekeeping inspections 
  • Assist with supplier questionnaires when required 
  • Participates and supports the implementation of Best Practices and other continuous improve-ment initiatives 
  • Participate in implementation of the corrective action and preventative action 
  • Archiving of documentation 
  • Request Quotes, make out requisitions and capture monthly invoices on Syspro 
  • Management of stock levels for Quality Department

Requirements 

  • Grade 12 Certificate 
  • 1- 3 Years’ Experience 
  • Good understanding of all operational activities 
  • Knowledge of the operation of each individual department within the business 
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures and structures 
  • Sound knowledge of Syspro and MS Office 
  • Must reside in the surrounding areas 
  • Own transport
