- Candidates must be unemployed,and be residents within Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma Municipality’s.
- The Municipality will appoint a suitable service provider and will cover the costs for training, testing and collection license
- Applicants must not have participated from the same training previously.
- A successful applicant must be available to attend training in a venue determined by the municipality and the training service provide
