Mthashana TVET College invites qualifying students who have completed their N6 qualifications to apply for ETDP SETA-funded In-Service Training opportunities. About the In-Service Training Programme

The In-Service Training Programme has been created to support graduates who require practical experience in order to qualify for a National Diploma. Through workplace-based learning, participants will be exposed to real working environments while developing professional skills and competencies related to their fields of study.

The programme is funded through ETDP SETA and provides successful applicants with a monthly stipend of R4 000. The training period will run for 18 months, allowing participants sufficient time to gain the experience required by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET).

Candidates with a confirmed host employer will receive an added advantage during the selection process. Applicants who have secured a host employer must submit a host employer letter together with the required application documents.

Minimum Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities
