The Learnership Assistant / Facilitator role combines administrative support and training assistance responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

The appointed candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and training-related duties, including but not limited to:

Office Administration Support
  • Assist with various office administration functions on a daily basis.
  • Perform general clerical duties as required.

Data Processing and Record Management
  • Capture and process information accurately.

Document Preparation
  • Type and prepare documents such as letters, reports, and other business correspondence.

Office Equipment Operation
  • Use and maintain office equipment including printers, photocopiers, and fax machines.

Recruitment and Learner Administration
  • Assist with the recruitment of employees and learners.
  • Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed during recruitment and registration processes.

  • Verify and manage learner information and supporting documents.
  • Provide administrative assistance during onboarding processes.
Facilitation and Training Support
  • Facilitate learning material in accordance with programme requirements.
  • Support learner engagement during training sessions.
  • Assist the Training Manager with training delivery activities.
  • Provide classroom support when necessary.
  • Help ensure learners receive the required information and guidance throughout their learning journey.
Assessment and Training Administration
  • Assist with training assessments and related administration.
  • Support the preparation and management of assessment documentation.
  • Work with training records and learner portfolios.
  • Maintain training databases and ensure documentation remains compliant and up to date.
  • Assist with all related administrative functions connected to training programmes.
Additional Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Experience working with Portfolios of Evidence (POEs) and training documentation.
