Salary: R228 321 – R268 950 per annum (Level 05), (all-inclusive remuneration)

Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate with no work experience required.
- Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6/7) in Human Resource Management or relevant qualification is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of PERSAL and Pension Case Management (PCM) is an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Conditions of Service and other HR-related prescripts.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to maintain a maximum level of confidentiality.
- A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
Duties:
- Monitor leave management in districts and administration.
- Control leave books and leave registers.
- Assist with Recruitment and Selection implementation.
- Assist with confirmation of probationary appointments.
- Assist in implementing service terminations and processing benefits.
- Capture appointments and promotions on PERSAL.
- Assist in implementing HR policies.
- Assist with service benefits (housing and personnel provisioning).
- Capture personnel information on PERSAL and PCM.
- Provide effective administration.
- Ensure personnel files meet required standards.
- Monitor leaves in the office and at institutions (e.g., libraries and museums).
- Reconcile and capture all leaves.
