
The Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSiRA) invites interested and suitably qualified individuals to apply for the position of Queue Marshall on a six-month fixed-term contract. The role offers a monthly salary of R10 515.64 and is based in the KwaZulu-Natal Province. Applicants must possess a Grade 12 certificate and have 6–12 months of experience in customer service. Key Performance Areas:
- Maintain order and control in the waiting area
- Assist with screening clients and directing them to appropriate service points
- Direct clients to appropriate areas
- Welcome and provide guidance to clients and visitors
- Be able to give advice to waiting clients and provide clean cups for water
- Monitor and report any broken equipment or environmental issues
- Manage the helpdesk, handle queries, and attend to complaints
- Perform any other duties as delegated by the Supervisor.
