Job Purpose
To conduct research and development on agricultural products in support of new formulation production. The role involves providing technical advice to the R&D team and assisting in problem-solving related to improved and new product formulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory analysis and formulation of products using various inputs.
- Evaluate quality and compatibility of raw materials and final products.
- Provide advice on work that could lead to poor quality, accidents, or non-compliance with regulations.
- Develop SOPs, guidelines, work instructions, test procedures, and protocols to promote good laboratory practices.
- Operate laboratory instruments and ensure all equipment is maintained and calibrated.
- Assist in executing greenhouse and field trials focused on product development.
- Communicate results through scientific reports and presentations to diverse audiences.
- Identify opportunities for product development and industry trends.
- Perform administrative duties related to R&D processes.
