Mentorship Programme

The Mentorship Programme has been established to support graduates participating in the technical training programme. Qualified professionals are invited to apply for mentorship positions and assist graduates in meeting professional registration requirements.

The objective is to ensure graduates acquire the practical competencies needed to register with professional bodies and establish successful careers within their respective fields.

Mentor remuneration will be based on DPSA hourly rates applicable to consultants.

The contract period for mentorship positions will be three years.

Role Overview
