Successful candidates will be responsible for:

Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for revenue management and administrative support functions, including:

  • Performing daily banking duties
  • Processing private patient accounts on the PEIS system
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Handling RAF and Injury on Duty patient files
  • Capturing invoices on BAS
  • Assisting with revenue collection activities
  • Verifying patient information and classifications
  • Filing, typing and photocopying documents
  • Registering incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Assisting with statistical reporting
  • Handling enquiries from stakeholders
  • Collecting and recording patient fees

Administration Clerk: Patient Administration (Level 5)
